Adams Property.

In December 1999, brothers Robert and James Adams of Glastonbury CT deeded to TheTrust
a 5-acre woodland property that was the Adams’ backyard when they grew up in a house on King Street.

Combined with Campbell Meadow, Andrus Island and the Peppermint Brook property, it is
an important conservation holding for the protection of the Lily Pond watershed, the source of Cohasset's drinking water supply, and preserves a wooded roadside as wildlife habitat.
